As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay. You handle classic front desk tasks such as check-in, check-out, phone management, and reservation processing. Additionally, you assist guests with inquiries, excursion planning, and special requests.
Your Responsibilities:
- Warm welcome and attentive guest service
- Handling inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing booking portals and social media reviews
- Supporting administrative and organizational tasks
- Ensuring a neat and welcoming reception area
Your Profile:
- Commercial training or degree from a hotel management school
- Experience in hotel or restaurant reception is an advantage
- Excellent German, Italian, and English language skills
- Proficiency in hotel software, Office applications, and social media
- High resilience, stress resistance, and a strong service orientation
