Travel relaxed and prepared

Surprises should always contain something positive in our house. Therefore, we would like to tell you a few things about our hotel in advance, so that you can start your vacation well prepared.

General information:

The Sonus Alpis is an adults only hotel (from 16 years) with the claim to offer its guests a quiet and relaxing time out.
The rooms are usually ready for occupancy from 15:00 and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. In case of arrival after 19:00, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance by phone.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price will be charged for the entire booking period.
The images of the rooms are for reference and may differ from the actual rooms.
Single occupancy upon request and with a single room supplement.
Pets are allowed only upon request and in selected rooms. We ask for your understanding that we will decide on a case by case basis and depending on occupancy. Pets are not allowed in the spa area, dining room and outdoor pool.
The hotel bill can be paid in cash (in Euro, up to 999,99 Euro), by EC or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
The local tax of € 3,50 p.p. will be charged separately at the end of the stay.
To prevent unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. You can find more information here.

Cancellation:

Your reservation is definite only upon receipt of the deposit amounting to 30% of the total amount in our bank account. This fee will be retained in case of cancellation.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we have to charge 70% of the booking amount, minus the already paid deposit, in case of a cancellation at short notice (14 days or less before arrival).
